What do you find works best? Unable to concentrate on mundane tasks, opening mail, paying bills, anything day to day. I'm not like this at work, but I got laid off, and I can't concentrate or focus. I waste so much time.

Re: ADD gone wild in a classic INFP
Tue, August 11, 2009 - 3:32 PMsuggest you try a coach before popping pills. There are even ADD coaches. You might shop the ICF website for candidates, or visit www.TheCoaches.com. Most coaches work over the phone.
ICF = international coach federation
If I were coaching you, I'd be talking about your values and what you want to honor during this disruptive time. It's hard to prioritize and take action when your values are feeling fragmented.
